Building a new loft floor in your home is an exciting and important undertaking, and we want the process to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Even a ‘simple’ home improvement has a multitude of decisions associated with it, and there can be a lot to keep track of.
That’s why at Jon Pritchard we use a specialist cloud-based ‘enterprise resource planning’ system that includes access to a secure, personal website for each of our customers. All the details you need to know about your project are there, and you can keep up to date with progress as well as keeping in touch with us.

Your whole project in one place, end-to-end
Your entire project is managed through our software, from preparing your estimate and planning your project timeline to ongoing communications, decision making and changes, right through the warranty period after your build has been completed.
All the details of your project are captured, including emails and choices you make for things like window styles, tile colour, bathroom suite etc. Through your individual customer portal any cost implications are immediately apparent – before you finalise your choices, and any additions or changes are signed off right there in the software for everyone to see. Nothing is lost, no nasty surprises.
In the example above, 12 white lighting points have been included in the original quote – so there’s no additional cost if you choose those. But you have the chance to change your mind and upgrade to chrome points, with the added price (which would be for the same quantity as your quote) stated. When you make your choice, your decision is flagged on our side, so we all know what’s happening.

Here you can find all the information you need about your project.
It’s an attractive, easy-to-navigate page where we post photos, attach documents and apply payments, and you make decisions, ask questions and keep track of progress.

Keep in touch with your project when you’re out and about
No more lost emails
Through the ‘Messages’ tab from your dashboard you can communicate with us about anything. You can also post ‘Comments’ against specific items on your project, to keep communications about that item directly linked to it. So no more ‘Did I ever contact them about the tiles?’ or ‘Where the heck is that email I sent about our flooring.’ All you have to do is go to that selection item in your project, and do all your communication about it from there. When you need to check back about what’s been said – there it is!
Your website menu enables you to navigate easily around your project. Click on ‘Messages’ to send us a message about anything you like or….
You can also send a message via ‘Comments’ within a specific project item
Huge improvements
As far as we know, we are the only British loft conversions specialists to have implemented software like this. We started working with the system in earnest at the start of 2017 and have seen marked improvements, with smoother communications within our teams and with our customers, more efficient scheduling and information capturing. Some of our projects have even been completed early!
