After leaving Colstons School, Bristol, I played professional rugby for 10 years. After leaving rugby, I became a Construction Manager for a commercial construction company, handling contracts for major PLCs. In 2006 I set up Jon Pritchard Ltd. with my brother, Oliver, where we concentrated on domestic building work before specialising in loft conversions. Working closely with Jon is our dedicated Project Manager, Adrian.
Upon leaving Colstons school I gained my City & Guilds qualification in Carpentry & Cabinet Making. I have worked on a wide range of prestigious projects including making furniture for Sir Norman Foster, lead Architect of Heathrow Terminal 5, as well as joinery, roofing and barn conversions around the world. I teamed up with my brother to form Jon Pritchard Ltd, where I apply my experience and craftsmanship to every project.
I studied Architecture at Brixton School of Building, in London, and Plymouth School of Architecture. I have over 30 years experience, in both private practice and local government at a senior level, and during the 1980s I was a partner in a design and build construction company. I am a continuing member of the Chief Building Surveyors Society.
We can thoroughly recommend Jon Pritchard Ltd. Impressive right from the start with their customer-friendly attitude, The Men made what is, by nature, a noisy, sometimes dirty and disruptive procedure as painless as possible. Unfailingly polite and eager to please. No question from me was too silly and no request for them to tweak the design was refused.Martin & Margarita Steer, Horfield.
